Weekly check ins are an extremely important part of our program and are a major key in your long term success! Follow protocols and communicate, I promise it works!
Inbody scans are done every 3-4 weeks to monitor muscle mass, body fat, and visceral fat (which is the fat around your organs that causes diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and other diseases). Remember the scale is not the only determining factor of success! 🎉 To schedule, go to "services" and select a time 5-10 minutes before your training session. You'll want to make sure you do your scan at the same time of day, work it around any big meals, never after a workout, and never during or right before your monthly cycle (for females).
