Hey guys! Head coach Tiffany here. I just wanted to say everyone has been doing awesome getting back in the gym after the snowmageddon! We are looking forward to a new session starting next week and a great first of the year! That being said there have been several instances where clients have either not shown up or they text to cancel 10 to 15 minutes before their session. Please be aware that Trainers typically get to the gym 15 minutes before the session starts to get everything set up which means they leave their homes anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes before their session to get to training. We would absolutely love to get at least an hour notice if you are going to cancel your session. It will still count as a no-show because it is well within the grace period for that, but it would just be super courteous, especially going into snow season when the weather is typically pretty bad. We don’t want the trainers out driving in bad weather just to find out that their client has canceled. We also are blessed to be welcoming so many new members that several of our sessions have people that are on the waitlist and when people no-show and do not give us notice then that is a spot that somebody could have had.
